These Terms & Conditions explain how Seekers, Experts, visitors, and partners may use SEEQUR. By accessing or using SEEQUR, you agree to follow these terms and any related policies made available on the platform.

SEEQUR is designed to create a safe, trusted, and transparent environment where people can connect with relevant Experts for guidance, support, and clarity while maintaining control over who they choose to engage with.

Platform Overview

SEEQUR is an online platform that helps users discover, compare, and book sessions with Experts across supported categories such as mental wellness, relationship guidance, academics, and career guidance.

Experts operate independently and are not employees, representatives, or agents of SEEQUR unless explicitly stated otherwise.

SEEQUR may provide search, discovery, booking, communication, payment, content, profile, and support tools. SEEQUR does not guarantee a specific result, outcome, diagnosis, admission, job, relationship result, financial result, or personal transformation.

User Accounts

To use certain parts of SEEQUR, you may need to create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that happens through your account.

You should not create fake accounts, impersonate another person, misuse another user’s information, or provide false details during registration, booking, verification, or support interactions.

Expert Responsibilities

Experts are responsible for providing accurate professional information, maintaining appropriate qualifications where required, following ethical and professional standards, and delivering sessions in a respectful and responsible manner.

Experts must not misrepresent credentials, experience, availability, fees, category expertise, affiliations, outcomes, or session capabilities. SEEQUR may review, approve, reject, suspend, or remove Expert profiles where required.

Seeker Responsibilities

Seekers are responsible for using SEEQUR respectfully, providing accurate booking information, attending sessions on time, and communicating honestly with Experts and platform support.

Seekers must not harass, abuse, threaten, record without permission, misuse Expert information, attempt off-platform fraud, or use SEEQUR for unlawful or harmful purposes.

Bookings and Sessions

Sessions may be offered online, in-person, one-to-one, couple-based, group-based, or in other supported formats depending on Expert availability and platform configuration.

A booking is confirmed only when the required booking steps, payment steps, and platform confirmation steps are completed. Session availability, mode, duration, pricing, and rescheduling options may vary by Expert and category.

Payments and Refunds

SEEQUR may use third-party payment processors to collect payments, process refunds, manage invoices, support Expert payouts, and maintain transaction records.

Refunds, cancellations, missed sessions, reschedules, and payout handling may follow the applicable policy shown during booking or made available through SEEQUR. Applicable policies may vary by booking type, Expert, category, promotion, or platform rules in effect at the time of booking.

Cancellations and Reschedules

Cancellation and reschedule rules are designed to protect both Seekers and Experts. The exact rules may depend on the booking type, session timing, Expert availability, and the policy shown at the time of booking.

If an Expert cancels, misses, or cannot conduct a confirmed session, SEEQUR may help with rescheduling, refund handling, or another suitable resolution according to the applicable platform policy.

Content and Intellectual Property

SEEQUR owns or controls the platform design, brand assets, interface, structure, content systems, copy, logos, trademarks, workflows, and other platform materials unless otherwise stated.

Experts may submit profile content, articles, guides, resources, media, or other materials. By submitting content to SEEQUR, Experts allow SEEQUR to review, edit, display, publish, distribute, promote, or remove that content as needed for platform operations, quality, safety, and user experience. Experts retain ownership of their original content unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Platform Conduct

All users must use SEEQUR in a respectful, lawful, and safe manner. The platform should not be used for harassment, fraud, abuse, misinformation, unlawful services, spam, credential misuse, data scraping, payment manipulation, or any activity that harms others.

SEEQUR may monitor, review, restrict, suspend, or remove accounts, content, bookings, or platform access where required to protect users, Experts, the platform, or legal compliance.

Suspension and Termination

SEEQUR may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if a user or Expert violates these terms, provides false information, misuses the platform, engages in abusive conduct, violates payment rules, submits misleading credentials, or creates safety, legal, or trust concerns.

Where appropriate, SEEQUR may allow correction, review, or appeal. However, urgent action may be taken without prior notice where required to protect users, Experts, platform integrity, or legal obligations.

Disclaimers

SEEQUR provides a platform to connect users with Experts. SEEQUR is not responsible for guaranteeing specific outcomes from sessions, guidance, resources, or Expert interactions.

SEEQUR is not an emergency response service. Users facing urgent safety, medical, mental health, legal, or crisis situations should contact appropriate emergency, medical, legal, or local support services immediately.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SEEQUR is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or loss-of-opportunity damages arising from use of the platform.

SEEQUR’s liability, where legally established, may be limited based on applicable law, the nature of the issue, the amount paid for the relevant service, and the specific circumstances of the claim.

Changes to These Terms

SEEQUR may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect platform improvements, legal requirements, policy changes, payment changes, or operational updates.

When material changes are made, SEEQUR may update the “Last Updated” date and may notify users through the platform, email, dashboard notice, or other suitable communication channel.
