Public vs Private Information
Some Expert information is intended to be public once approved, such as profile photo, professional title, verified expertise, overview, languages, public profile content, and approved resources.
Private information such as identity documents, internal contact details, payout details, and supporting verification documents is not displayed publicly.
Phone numbers, email addresses, full addresses, identity documents, and supporting verification documents are not shown publicly on SEEQUR.
Sessions and Communication
SEEQUR may process session-related information to help Seekers and Experts manage bookings, reschedules, cancellations, reminders, notes, support queries, and session activity.
For in-person sessions, certain details may be shared only when necessary to conduct the booked session safely and practically.
Full address or contact visibility should only happen where needed for a confirmed in-person session, and never as public profile information.
Payments and Financial Information
