What inspired you to join as an expert in your field?

My passion for understanding human behaviour and helping people overcome emotional, personal and relationship challenges inspired me to pursue psychology. I aim to empower individuals through counselling , awareness, and guidance to achieve emotional wellbeing and personal growth.

I work with children, adolescents, adults, couples, women, men and families having concerns related to emotional wellbeing, behavioural issues, academic stress, relationship, family conflicts, hormonal health related mood upheavel, career decisions and personal development.

My approach is empathetic, non judgemental & client centred. I usually understanding the client's concern, experiences, individual needs, creating a safe and trusted space to share and to explore challenges with practical, personalised strategies for emotional wellbeing and positive change.

My initial sessions focus on identifying client's core concerns through active listening, empathy, paraphrasing, summarising. I aim to build trust, clarify needs, collaborative effort and achievable goals, to provide a clear sense of direction for the counselling journey

Uniqueness of my session lies in holistic & personalised approach, connecting physical & emotional, behaviour, family dynamics. I offer a safe space usually clients feel heard, accepted, respected, understood with dedicated time to explore concerns and find meaningful direction at their own pace.

My sessions progress looks like increased self awareness,emotional balance, healthier relationship, improved coping skills, confidence to make informed decisions. It is not about becoming perfect, understanding oneself, recognising strengths & taking small meaningful steps towards positive change.
